This is one of my favorite salads. I have had this a couple of times at Omar’s Living Cuisine (The best food available anywhere) and like I always do, I’m quite good at replicating things I have tried. I don’t exactly have a recipe, but The Tabouli is consists of a couple large bunches of parsley, 10-12 leaves of fresh mint, 1 garlic clove, about 1/3 cup of red onion, fresh squeezed juice from 1 1/2 lemons, 2-3 TBS olive oil, 1/2 tsp Celtic sea salt and 1/2 to 3/4 cup of sesame seed (soaked 3-6 hours). I process this in the food processor then dump into a bowl and add to it a couple of tomatoes I have chopped up.

Then in a separate bowl combine several salad greens (Romaine, red leaf lettuce, Swiss chard, wild water cress) and then put a bed of greens on each plate. I now pack 1-2 cups of tabouli into a container and then turn it upside down and plop it in the center of the bed of greens. I now place avocado chunks on top of the tabouli and garnish with sprouts and then sprinkle with hemp seeds.
This is so good I guarantee you will be licking your plate-

can I come over and eat? YUMMY!
I will try to post more instuctions.
I don’t usually follow recipes, so they are just guestamations. Every thing I make turns out slightly differant each time, but usually good (somethings better than others).
Keep on keeping on-
