In an strategy to transition our children to 100% raw we decide a few weeks back to have a salad of some variety for our evening meal. This has worked out great and our children have really enjoyed it.

We received a gracious gift of apricots from our neighbors abundance. We have eaten a ton, we are dehydrating 8 trays and then I frozen about forty of then this morning so we could try apricot ice cream.
