THIS IS SO GOOD
I was just messing around and every once in a while I create something outstanding.
This is so simple and I think you will love it.

Raw Wild Rice Pilaf

Raw Wild Rice Pilaf
These measurements are all approximates.
1/2 C. chopped purple onion
2 medium tomatoes chunked
1/4 C. fresh parsley
1- 10 to 12 inch zucchini chunked
1/4 tsp course sea salt
1/2 tsp cumin
2-3 TBS olive oil
1 to 1 1/2 C. soaked/sprouted wild rice (soak for 12 hrs, rinse and soak for 24 hrs longer then drain and let set for 12 hrs, rinse and let set for 12 more hours and it should be ready. If you don’t use it all it saves well in the fridge)
Options (I’ve made this twice with these variations)
1/2 lemon
1 small Anaheim pepper chopped
1/8 C. chopped cashews
Both recipes were very good, but Robin said she liked the one without the options.
