I would have to put my vote in for the raw honey and grade B or C maple syrup is pretty good stuff even though I haven’t had any for at least a year or so.

What about RAW Agave? The label says processed below 115*. Madhava brand is big on this. I bet they would stand by their claims. Have you temperature read their vats?
As far as “sugars” go, I look for mineral content. This agave is probably fine, I just found it interesting.
