This was a really nice salad.
5-6 fine crated carrots
1/2 head crated cabbage
1 crated apple
1/2 C. raisins
2 oranges juiced
_______________
Banana cream sauce
1/3 banana
1/3 C. cashews
3/4 C. water
optional- a little honey or agave if needed
(In blender Combine and blend until smooth)
Add to carrot/cabbage mixure and stir & eat

I was just messing around and every once in a while I create something outstanding.

These measurements are all approximates.
1/2 C. chopped purple onion
2 medium tomatoes chunked
1/4 C. fresh parsley

1/4 tsp course sea salt
1/2 tsp cumin

Gram cracker cumbles
Equal parts (1 cup)
Grind Flax seeds (coffee grinder)
Grind almonds (food processor)
Dash of salt
Dash of cinnamon
2-3 Tbs Sucanat (Organic Fair Trade Dehydrated Sugar Cane Juice)

Cream
1/2 C Almonds (soaked)
4-5 Dates
1-2 Tbs Honey
1 C. Water
Blend until smooth
____________________________________
Put crumbles in bottom of bowl
Slice up ripe peaches over crumbles
Pour on some cream
Top with some more crumbles

As a result of eating Raw Broccoli Soup at Omar’s living Cuisine we had to make some our selves.
